As a USAC Portfolio Marketing Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading a team focused team, and a diverse portfolio of products that provide safer, better, healthcare
Building and Implementing marketing programs that drive growth while focusing on improving outcomes for patients and clinicians.
Managing portfolio performance of the temperature management portfolio in US and Canada ($ sales, organic local % & gross margin $)
Collaborating with upstream and downstream functional partners to provide the best solutions to our customers in the Operating Room, across the hospital and in the “Out of Hospital” market
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of marketing experience
OR
High school/ GED or higher AND Nine (9) years of marketing experience
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Three (3) years of healthcare marketing experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Previous sales experience in a healthcare role
MBA/master’s degree in marketing or management from an accredited institution
Experience working with pricing initiatives including pricing strategy, margin, and corridor management
Experience working with cross-functional groups (segment market, supply chain, business services, regulatory & quality, etc.)
Analytical and strategic experience in an Upstream or Downstream marketing position with an understands how to utilize insights to drive decision making, strategic objectives, and tactical plans.
Customer Relationship Management experience
Previous Healthcare Portfolio Management experience/ Sales Experience
Proficiency working in Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to navigate on an SAP platform is an asset.

Remote - USA or CANADA
Travel: May include up to 30% Domestic Travel

The expected compensation range for this position is $156,621 - $194,361 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
