JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Provides senior level support for marketing and communications operations activities across the Molina enterprise. Supports the development and maintenance of marketing and communications workflows, campaign schedules, and projects, and ensures successful media channel execution. Drives alignment between marketing strategy goals and operations - ensuring that campaigns and programs effectively support member engagement, provider relations, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Job Duties
• Develop and update ANOC, EOC, SB, and other mandated materials using approved content systems (e.g., DAT, ContentNow), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct year-over-year model reviews to identify key content changes, new CMS or State requirements, and high-impact updates.
• Partner with Regional Managers to clarify requested changes and confirm whether updates apply at market, regional, or enterprise level.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Compliance, Product, Enrollment, Implementations) to gather inputs and translate them into clear, actionable content updates.
• Ensure all materials align with approved sources of truth, content governance standards, and documented updates.
• Identify content inconsistencies, unclear guidance, or potential compliance risks and escalate issues as needed. .
• Ensure all materials meet brand standards, accessibility requirements, and state and federal regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements
• At least 3 years of progressive marketing/communications/operations experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Success executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of the managed care industry and regulatory landscape.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics platforms, and social media tools.
• Proficient in marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau).
• Tactical execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Project management experience/experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
• Collaborative team player with relationship-building skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity/experience with health care, managed care, or other regulated industries.
• Project management software experience.
