  • Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the operational bridge between content strategy, digital strategy, and regional marketing teams, ensuring smooth campaign planning and execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, optimize workflows, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance in real-time and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and share toolkits, playbooks, and best practices to elevate marketing capabilities across global and regional teams.
  • Analyze and report campaign results, budgets, and deliverables, providing strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain centralized asset libraries, templates, and documentation for consistent global usage.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in marketing operations, performance marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing global or multi-region campaigns in matrix organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Domo, CMS, CRM) and omnichannel marketing.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to translate performance data into insights, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work remotely, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel occasionally for global alignment or campaign meetings.
