We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the CMO’s right hand across marketing execution for NeoReach, Influencers.com, and FanSubs. This role is perfect for a strategic operator who can turn high-level marketing vision into actionable plans, drive cross-brand campaigns, and own performance across lead generation, content, email, and brand initiatives.

You’ll help build marketing systems, manage launch calendars, and ensure we hit growth targets across all brands.

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Translate CMO-level goals into weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Plan and execute cross-brand marketing campaigns across email, content, paid, PR, and social.
  • Own and update the overall marketing calendar across NeoReach, Influencers.com, and FanSubs.
  • Turn ideas into actionable briefs for design, content, and product marketing teams.
Performance & Lead Generation
  • Drive measurable growth in leads, signups, site traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Manage acquisition channels (paid, email, landing pages, website updates) in partnership with channel owners.
  • Build testing frameworks for campaigns, funnels, and messaging.
Project & Team Coordination
  • Serve as the operational hub between internal teams (paid media, product, design, content).
  • Lead weekly marketing syncs and ensure deliverables move forward.
  • Act as a proxy for the CMO when needed on cross-department projects.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Track KPIs across brands including leads, CAC, funnel conversion, website performance, and content output.
  • Identify insights and optimization opportunities.
Brand & Content
  • Maintain cohesive messaging across brands and verticals.
  • Support blog, PR, and social initiatives with input on strategy, copy, and positioning.

Required Experience
  • 4+ years in marketing (agency, SaaS, consumer, creator economy, or growth roles a plus).
  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, lead gen, and digital acquisition.
  • Skilled in project management and cross-functional communication.
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, GA4, Looker/Data Studio, Slack, Asana/ClickUp, and CMS platforms.
