Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Execution
- Publish 1 social media post daily (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter).
- Produce 1 high-quality content asset daily (blog, article, backlink content, PR outreach).
- Perform daily on-page SEO checks, content reviews, and optimization tasks.
Marketing Operations & Strategy
- Own the entire marketing pipeline — strategy + execution without daily supervision.
- Lead organic growth, including SEO, backlink strategy, and technical audits.
- Oversee the website development pipeline (ASTRO + headless WordPress).
- Manage the graphic designer and web development team, ensuring top-quality visuals.
- Coordinate with teams handling email marketing, Google Ads, RevOps, and analytics.
- Improve and maintain quarterly reports, including data accuracy, visual clarity, and presentations.
- QA dashboards for organic, paid, content, and backlink performance.
- Drive crisis-response marketing, ensuring rapid communication during emergencies or major events.
Project Management
- Manage all marketing projects in Asana (or move to another PM tool if recommended).
- Keep the marketing pipeline updated, visible, and moving forward.
- Run the weekly marketing stand-up and coordinate cross-functional syncs.
Requirements:
Must-Haves
- Senior-level marketing leadership experience (strategy + execution).
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, including modern AI-era/AIO methodologies.
- Strong experience managing content pipelines, organic growth, and backlink strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ASTRO and headless WordPress.
- High-level project management experience (preferably Asana).
- Ability to manage designers, web developers, and content teams end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills — able to create clean, accurate, visually appealing reports/graphs.
- Independent operator who drives outcomes without handholding.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-output environments.
- Active in SEO/X (Twitter) communities and up to date on industry shifts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Available during EST hours and on-call for emergencies when required.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience auditing or QA’ing Google Ads dashboards.
- Familiarity with influencer/KOL outreach strategies.
- Experience proposing or leading PM tool migrations.
- Background in luxury or high-end service industries.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Start day by reviewing priorities in Asana and updating project progress.
- Publish one social post and collaborate with the designer if visuals are needed.
- Produce or oversee the daily SEO/content deliverable.
- Conduct SEO health checks: audits, SERP tracking, backlink tasks.
- Review website development updates (ASTRO + headless WordPress).
- Join syncs with email, paid ads, RevOps, content, or design teams.
- QA traffic dashboards and refine reporting visuals.
- Adjust strategy quickly based on insights or trends.
- Stay active on X (Twitter) to monitor SEO trends.
- Step in immediately for any urgent communication or crisis-response needs.
