The Opportunity

“FICO is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Risk & Customer Lifecycle to join our Platform Solutions & Customer Lifecycle Team. In this role, you will establish FICO as the definitive voice for solving risk management challenges across the financial services customer lifecycle, from credit origination to fraud management to collections. You will drive go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for credit risk management, regulatory compliance, portfolio risk assessment, and enterprise risk management for our financial services clients. You will work closely with product management, sales, enablement, and the broader marketing team to define, communicate, and demonstrate the value that FICO technology can create for Chief Risk Officers, Credit Risk Managers, Compliance Officers, and other risk-focused executives around the globe. This role requires a deep understanding of FICO's technology and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging that helps FICO land new logos, retain existing clients, and migrate legacy clients onto our flagship Platform technology.” – Director, Product Marketing

What You’ll Contribute

  • Develop sharp, differentiated messaging showcasing how FICO Platform can address AI-driven approaches to risk management solutions, tailored to Chief Risk Officers, Credit Risk Managers, Compliance Officers, Risk Analytics Leaders, and Portfolio Management Leaders. Collaborate with sales leadership and field marketing to identify market gaps and content opportunities.

  • Partner with product management and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure messaging alignment across net new acquisition, Platform retention, and legacy migration initiatives. Partner with market insights team for market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify key differentiators in the risk management domain.

  • Collaborate and align with product management, corporate strategy, market insights and other functional teams to ensure approved messaging and activation/launch frameworks for high-quality content focused on risk use cases such as credit origination and underwriting automation, credit decisioning, fraud monitoring, regulatory compliance considerations, and collections and recovery optimization strategies.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for business and technical audiences, working with brand and creative teams to develop visually engaging collateral, while producing global and regional messaging frameworks that address market-specific regulatory requirements and risk challenges.

  • Equip sales and partner teams with tools and materials to enhance sales effectiveness, conduct training sessions and workshops on risk use cases, positioning, and objection handling while creating repeatable frameworks that scale knowledge across global teams.

  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on risk management use cases in financial services including credit origination, credit risk management, portfolio risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and collections optimization, understanding how FICO Platform capabilities tie to risk outcomes while staying current on regulatory frameworks, risk management best practices, and competitive dynamics in the financial services risk technology market.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Risk Management, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related roles in financial services technology with focus on risk management solutions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in credit risk management, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, or related domains with strong understanding of financial services risk lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and regional banking regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven track record of developing successful product marketing campaigns.

  • Highly collaborative working style with ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational alignment. · Previous experience with risk management platforms, decisioning technologies, or competitive solutions (SAS, Experian, Equifax, etc.).

  • Bonus: International marketing experience with understanding of regional regulatory differences across NORAM, EMEA, LAC, or APAC.

  • Bonus: Multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish, Portuguese, or Asian languages).
