We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build our online presence, engage our community, and grow our brand across all major platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals and growth targets
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics)
Manage and grow communities on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data and engagement insights
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align messaging across channels
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or startup
Strong writing, storytelling, and content-creation skills
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Passion for education, online learning, and community engagement
Bonus: experience with paid ads, influencer outreach, or online course promotion
