This role offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to lead product marketing for a dynamic portfolio of B2B SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will own go-to-market strategies, product launches, and adoption initiatives while translating complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric narratives. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive expansion, optimize pricing and packaging, and monitor performance metrics. This position requires deep domain expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to distill insights into actionable marketing plans. You will influence market perception, accelerate revenue growth, and shape product storytelling across multiple channels. The role balances strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership in a collaborative, flexible, and remote-friendly environment.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate complex product features into clear, differentiated messaging and sales enablement tools, including decks, one-pagers, and battlecards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define domain strategies, ideal customer profiles, and market segmentation.
  • Drive customer research, collect evidence for case studies, and build customer advocacy programs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, objections handling, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Design and implement adoption, expansion, and product-led growth strategies to maximize product usage and account growth.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Analytical skills to leverage data for strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience in customer research and deriving actionable insights for marketing programs.
  • Initiative and bias for action, with a hands-on approach to both strategic and operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with analytics and insights tools is a plus.
