At Rad AI, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. Founded by a radiologist, our AI-driven solutions are revolutionizing radiology—saving time, reducing burnout, and improving patient care. With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.
Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M. Our investors include Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, Gradient Ventures, Cone Health Ventures, and others—all backing our mission to empower physicians with cutting-edge AI.
Our latest advancements in generative AI are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting more than one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. at partners including Cone Health, Jefferson Einstein Health, Geisinger, Guthrie Healthcare System, and Henry Ford Health.
Recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by CB Insights and AuntMinnie, and ranked by Deloitte as the 19th fastest-growing company in North America, we are building AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list, highlighting the innovation and momentum behind our mission.
If you’re ready to shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to have you on our team!
Rad AI is looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Communications who thrives in a fast-paced world. We seek someone who can think strategically, execute fearlessly and produce exceptional content at a high volume.
If you love owning big pieces of the narrative, moving fast with clarity and turning complex ideas into powerful stories, this is your role.
You’ll be the heartbeat of Rad AI’s content engine. You’ll write and create high-impact content across product launches, customer stories, campaigns, webinars and internal communications. You’ll also bring structure and insight shaping how our stories come together, elevating the quality bar and helping a dynamic, high-performing team run.
This is not a “wait for direction” role. This is ownership, autonomy, and creativity at speed.
You’ll report to the Director of Marketing Communications and partner deeply with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation: Write and edit high-volume, high-quality content across formats including long-form articles, webinars, case studies, campaign copy, blogs, emails, and video scripts with a focus of delivering clarity, accuracy, and a consistent Rad AI voice.
Product Content: Partner with Product Marketing to create solution briefs, one-pagers, FAQs, demo scripts, and web copy that translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value.
Campaign Storytelling: Develop messaging and content that anchor campaigns in strong storytelling rather than disconnected assets. Ensure every campaign launch is supported by clear, cohesive narrative-ready materials.
Customer Content: Own the end-to-end development of customer success stories, testimonials, interviews, and case studies. Drive sourcing, interviewing, writing, approvals, and delivery of content that builds trust and supports pipeline growth.
Webinars & Thought Leadership Support: Produce webinar content in partnership with internal and external SMEs including script outlines, interview flows, decks and promotional materials. Also manage webinar facilitation. Contribute to thought leadership by distilling complex ideas into accessible, engaging narratives.
Web Content Strategy: Support the content strategy for Rad AI’s website, ensuring copy is audience-focused, aligned to launches and campaigns, and optimized for clarity, differentiation, and conversion.
Content Calendar & Governance: Manage a detailed editorial calendar across product launches, campaigns, customer storytelling, and internal initiatives. Maintain workflow governance, version control, and asset organization across shared platforms.
Content Operations: Oversee processes that keep content moving at high velocity including routing drafts, gathering feedback, coordinating with design teams and ensuring assets are delivered on time and to spec.
Measurement: Track content usage, engagement, and business impact. Use insights to refine content quality, improve processes, and inform future priorities.
