Job Summary
The Senior Director of Brand Marketing at Brello Health is responsible for shaping and scaling the brand across all consumer touchpoints, including identity, messaging, social, community, experiential, and PR. This leader sets the strategic vision and builds the structure, systems, and team needed to deliver a cohesive and high-impact brand presence.
Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, this role ensures brand efforts align with business goals while maintaining an authentic, differentiated voice. Success in this position means driving measurable engagement, building a strong community, and positioning Brello Health as a trusted leader in modern wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity: Set the strategic direction for the brand's visual identity, voice, messaging architecture, and positioning. Lead a team responsible for ensuring consistency across every consumer touchpoint
Social Media: Lead and manage a social media team responsible for organic strategy and execution across all platforms. You'll set the vision, approve the calendar, and hold the team accountable to growth and engagement targets. You are not posting — you are building and leading the function
Community Engagement: Oversee the team managing our owned community channels — Facebook Group, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Define the community strategy, set the KPIs, and ensure your team is turning the community into a measurable business asset
Experiential & Events: Own the in-person experiential function. Lead a team that plans, produces, and executes brand activations, pop-ups, and community events. You'll set the strategic framework, manage the budget, and define how ROI is measured and reported
PR & Earned Media: Own our PR function — managing either an in-house team, an agency relationship, or both. You set the narrative strategy, approved the pitch pipeline, and ensure earned media efforts are aligned with brand positioning and business priorities
Content Cross-Collaboration: Serve as the senior point of contact for content alignment with the Senior Director of Performance Marketing. Your team produces brand content — you ensure the pipeline, quality bar, and messaging are calibrated to serve both brand and performance goals
What We Require
10–15+ years of brand marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years managing multi-function teams at a senior level
Demonstrated experience building and leading teams
Hiring, developing, and holding people accountable
Deep expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and messaging
Experience overseeing social, PR, community, and/or experiential functions through direct reports or agency partners
Strong business acumen. managing budgets, building scorecards, and reporting to leadership with clear metrics for success
A structured manager who builds department cadences, establishes clear ownership, and removes ambiguity for their team
Genuine interest in longevity, health, wellness
Extremely strong leadership qualities
A strategic operator — You translate high-level brand vision into structured team priorities, clear OKRs, and accountable execution
Comfortable with having uncomfortable conversations and holding team members accountable
