We are hiring a driven Regional Nutrition marketing Lead to drive strong and sustainable growth of CHI’s Nutra portfolio in the region through strategic marketing execution, distributor collaboration, and customer co-innovation.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy to accelerate growth.

  • Act as the central point of contact for the Nutra portfolio between global marketing and regional commercial teams.

  • Collaborate with global product management to support successful product introductions and regional execution.

  • Build strong partnerships with distributors to ensure consistent messaging and effective joint campaigns.

  • Analyze market and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.

  • Foster co-innovation with customers via workshops and collaborative projects to create tailored solutions.

  • Support regional content adaptation and coordinate selected customer-facing events.

What we are looking for:

  • Master marketing / business nutrition, biology (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within nutrition, health, or related industries.

  • Strong strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities with customers and distributors.

  • English fluent, additional language an asset

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
