The Role

We are hiring a Native Advertising specialist.

Not a generalist performance marketer.

This role is for someone who understands how native ecosystems actually work — publisher dynamics, content-style creative, arbitrage economics, and the constant optimization required to scale profitable campaigns.

You will own the end-to-end performance of native advertising channels across platforms such as: Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, MGID, and other content discovery networks

If your experience is primarily in Meta, Google, or TikTok advertising, this role is not the right fit.

Native advertising operates differently — from creative structure to optimization strategy to publisher dynamics.

We are specifically looking for someone who has built, scaled, and defended native channels before.


What You'll Own

Full Channel Ownership

You will fully own the native acquisition channel across our insurance marketplaces.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scaling profitable traffic across native networks
  • Managing publisher relationships and traffic sources
  • Driving improvements in RPC, CPA, margin, and lead quality
  • Identifying profitable creative angles and scaling winners
  • Managing large-scale testing frameworks across headlines, images, advertorials, and landing pages

This is a business ownership role, not just campaign management.

Native-Specific Optimization

Native advertising requires constant iteration across:

  • Creative angles
  • Advertorial structures
  • Landing page frameworks
  • Audience targeting
  • Publisher performance
  • Bid strategy
  • Traffic segmentation

You will continuously analyze performance data to identify where margin is won or lost and implement improvements.

AI-Enabled Analysis

Healthy Labs is an AI-forward organization.

We expect our operators to leverage AI tools to:

  • Accelerate performance analysis
  • Generate creative testing frameworks
  • Identify emerging patterns in campaign data
  • Build automation that increases operational leverage

AI should expand the speed and depth of your thinking, not replace it.

 

About You

You are a native advertising operator, not a general digital marketer.

Ideal candidates have:

  • 3–7 years running native advertising campaigns
  • Deep hands-on experience with Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, or MGID
  • A track record of scaling campaigns in lead generation, insurance, finance, or other high-value verticals
  • Strong analytical ability to diagnose performance changes quickly
  • A systems mindset — you build repeatable processes that scale
  • Curiosity and a habit of questioning assumptions

Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution


This Role is Not a Fit If

  • Your experience is primarily Meta, Google, TikTok, or paid social
  • You have not managed native advertising platforms directly
  • You prefer clearly scoped campaign tasks instead of owning channel outcomes
  • You rely on platform automation rather than deep performance analysis
