Overview
An established consumer technology organization is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a temporary assignment supporting its devices portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in consumer tech, go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy, and cross‑functional program leadership. The position is project‑based and focused on supporting device launches, operational coordination, and strategic execution across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute GTM launches for new and existing products within the devices ecosystem.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and long‑term retention.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive signals to inform positioning and campaign development.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, data science, and marketing teams to align on launch requirements and business objectives.
- Support recurring cross‑functional meetings, stand‑ups, and planning sessions tied to major device launches.
- Ensure internal clarity across all stakeholders by maintaining consistent communication and documentation.
Program & Project Management
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for assigned GTM initiatives.
- Maintain operational rigor by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring all workstreams remain on track.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for launch‑related activities, including external partner collaboration.
Strategic Support
- Act as a strategic partner to team leadership, helping to identify gaps, anticipate needs, and support high‑priority initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of marketing frameworks, messaging, and launch readiness plans.
- Provide structured updates and insights to leadership to support decision‑making and launch preparedness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience planning and executing GTM launches for consumer technology products.
- Background in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles within the consumer tech industry.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in chief‑of‑staff‑style roles or broader strategic operations.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven tools, emerging technologies, or multi‑device ecosystems.
- Experience working across both physical and digital consumer products.
- Demonstrated ability to operate proactively in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
