About the role
The Marketing Specialist, Regional Campaigns is responsible for executing and managing regional and state-level marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Campaigns Manager, this role focuses on day-to-day coordination, implementation, and delivery of localized campaigns that drive demand and generate pipeline. The role works closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, delivered on time, and optimized for results.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Regional Campaign Execution & Project Management: Coordinate and execute campaigns across digital, email, events, and webinars. Manage timelines, multiple campaigns, and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales and internal teams (content, design, digital) to tailor campaigns to local markets. Keep teams briefed on messaging, goals, and timelines.
  • Custom Content Coordination: Localize marketing materials (emails, landing pages, ads) to improve engagement and relevance for regional audiences.
  • Multi-Channel Delivery: Ensure campaigns are integrated across channels, including offline events and webinars, for a cohesive approach.
  • Tracking, Reporting & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, provide updates to the manager, and adjust tactics to improve pipeline generation and ROI.

Essential Criteria:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior-level marketing role, including experience in ABM campaign activities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Ability to work closely with sales, content, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing
  • Demonstrated communication and decision-making skills
  • Growth mindset and leadership skills
