Product Marketing Specialist – Pension & Retirement Software (B2B SaaS)

This is a Remote First position which can be performed from most locations in the US.

Why This Role Exists

Majesco is strengthening its product marketing function to better articulate value in the pension and retirement software market, support analyst engagement, and enable sales teams with clear, differentiated messaging.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the art and discipline of product marketing — someone who enjoys turning complex products into clear stories, learning how markets and analysts think, and building assets that help teams win.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who wants to deepen their skills in positioning, analyst relations, and go-to-market execution in an enterprise B2B environment.

Job Responsibilities

You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to support go-to-market execution and analyst engagement for Majesco’s pension and retirement software offerings.

• Create core product marketing assets including product overviews, presentation decks, eGuides, case studies, and nurture emails
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as battle cards, competitive summaries, and product education content
• Support positioning and messaging by translating product capabilities into customer-centric value propositions
• Play an active role in Analyst Relations, including managing and responding to industry analyst RFIs, coordinating inputs across teams, and supporting analyst briefings
• Contribute to market and competitive analysis to clearly articulate differentiation in the pension and retirement software landscape
• Support product launches and go-to-market coordination across business units
• Capture and synthesize voice-of-customer feedback and partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn insights into actionable improvements
• Build a strong understanding of buyer personas, buying behavior, and decision criteria over time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, leadership, and external partners

What You Bring

We value curiosity, strong fundamentals, and pride in craft over having “seen it all.”

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, sales enablement, or related B2B technology roles
• Demonstrated interest in product marketing as a discipline — positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple workstreams
• Analytical mindset with interest in markets, customers, and competitors
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or financial services technology is a plus
• Exposure to insurance, pensions, or retirement solutions is helpful but not required

What Majesco Offers: 

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency.  The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $88,000.  Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.  It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.  Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
