We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive traffic. You'll manage timelines, coordinate with Customers, and ensure that campaigns are aligned with strategic business goals. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Campaign Setup & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to support traffic objectives, brand awareness, and client-specific goals.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of campaign project management, including setting timelines, tasks, managing deliverables, and coordinating with Customers and different teams in the organization.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key campaign metrics, analyze data to assess effectiveness, and generate actionable insights to improve performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across marketing, sales, design, content, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.

• Communication: Professionally communicate with customers via phone, email, and case as needed.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or project management role

• Willingness to be flexible. Work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. Meaning, the expectations for this role are subject to change as the business needs evolve. (Process changes and schedule adjustments as needed)

• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, committed to and accountable for quality in their own work and the work of their marketing partners.

• Must be able to work in a team environment with team goals.

• You create a positive and professional work environment at all times.

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines at once

• Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMrush.

• Stay up to date with current marketing strategies, trends, and research.

• Help define, implement, and refine new and existing marketing offers, delivery processes to optimize the web marketing program for Newfold Digital.

• A basic understanding of marketing channels like email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing

• Strong communication skills—you’re great at keeping everyone informed and aligned

Preferred skills:

• Agency or client-facing experience

• Experience with different marketing platforms/tools

• A creative mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

The target compensation range for this position is $19 to $20/hourly (plus monthly incentives). Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
