Marketing Advisor is a business-to-business phone sales position that leverages both service and sales disciplines to help clients utilize and optimize our expansive line of digital and direct mail marketing tools. The job is fully remote with a traditional 40-hour/week schedule and a competitive, performance-based compensation package (base pay plus commission) - working for a fun and competitive organization that’s been recognized for being a top employer (philly.com), exploding with growth (Inc 5000) and building a business the right way (A+ BBB Rating). Key performance indicators include phone-time, outbound dials, and sales results.

  • Handle a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls from newly established and existing clients
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure an effective and efficient new client on-boarding experience and/or client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify clients’ marketing business needs to sell additional services and generate referrals
  • Excellent sales and service skills, strong work ethic, a coach-able attitude, an outgoing and competitive personality, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment.
  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV only.
  • Ability to work a traditional 40-hour schedule from a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.
