Internship Details:

  • Internship hours will be determined based on business needs and manager discretion, with the expectation of full-time availability during the summer months.
  • Weekly schedules may vary depending on marketing initiatives and project timelines.
  • The duration of internships are short-term by nature and are considered temporary.   

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Intern at Jackrabbit Technologies, you’ll support the marketing team in executing content marketing initiatives that help attract, engage, and nurture qualified leads. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across multiple inbound and outbound channels - including social media, email marketing, blogs, and community engagement - while learning how marketing strategies come together in a SaaS company.

By collaborating with marketers, content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that help expand Jackrabbit’s reach within the youth activities industries (dance, swim, gymnastics, cheer, childcare, and more).

Key Responsibilities Include:  

  • Support marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams by assisting with marketing automation campaigns, lead nurturing efforts, and triggered communications.
  • Help maintain and optimize content calendars using a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Assist with writing and editing marketing content for email campaigns, blogs, social media, webinars, trade shows, and downloadable resources.
  • Support ongoing improvements to Jackrabbit’s blogs by applying SEO best practices and using analytics tools provided by Jackrabbit Technologies
  • Monitor online communities, forums, and social platforms to identify trends, customer pain points, and engagement opportunities.
  • Help analyze campaign performance metrics and share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
  • Research industry awards, PR opportunities, and marketing tools that support brand visibility and growth.
  • Conduct research on marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share findings with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and maintain clear communication across projects.

What You Bring:

Role Requirements 

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently obtained, certification or degree in the field of marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Curiosity about digital marketing, content strategy, and inbound marketing.
  • Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
  • Exposure to or interest in digital marketing tools and platforms (experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar tools is a plus, but not required).
  • Experience using social media platforms for personal, academic, or organizational purposes, with an interest in brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and apply feedback.
  • Must have reliable high speed internet 
  • US Citizenship or ability to work in the US without Company sponsorship
