With CareMates, care providers reduce the administrative effort required to onboard new clients, patients, and residents by up to four hours per admission – freeing up time for what truly matters.
As a Marketing Campaign Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind our lead generation and brand positioning. You are responsible for CareMates’ HubSpot-based campaigns, work closely with the myneva Group’s central marketing team, and at the same time act as a full-stack marketer for a rapidly growing product.
•You are responsible for end-to-end lead generation for CareMates, with a focus on inbound campaigns via HubSpot.
• You design, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey (email, landing pages, workflows, lead nurturing).
• You work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns deliver high-quality leads and have a measurable impact.
• You are responsible for CareMates’ social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn – from content ideas and editorial planning to performance analysis.
• You plan and manage paid campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and optimize them using a data-driven approach.
• You build and maintain partnerships with industry associations and support joint marketing activities.
• You organize success stories and customer reference cases together with customers, Sales, and Product – from concept to publication.
• You plan and coordinate trade fair appearances, events, and webinars for CareMates – in close alignment with Group Marketing.
• You work within the marketing setup of the myneva Group, leverage existing structures and tools, while also incorporating the specific needs of CareMates.
• You analyze campaign and performance data, create reports, and derive concrete optimization measures.
You have several years of experience in digital B2B marketing – ideally in a software or SaaS environment.
You have solid hands-on experience in campaign management and marketing automation with HubSpot.
You think in a data-driven way, understand performance metrics, and actively use them to optimize campaigns.
You are comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution (“hands-on mentality”).
You work in a structured and self-driven manner and are able to keep an overview even when handling multiple topics in parallel.
You have a strong sense for target audiences, content, and tone of voice – particularly in a B2B context.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
Our core team regularly works together at the Munich office. Living nearby is therefore a plus to enable on-site collaboration. At the same time, the position is 100% remote within Germany. In addition to Munich, our largest offices in Germany are located in Essen and Hamburg, where you are always welcome as well.
