What You’ll Own
- Lead and grow relationships with banks and credit unionsÂ
- Translate business goals into clear, executable marketing strategyÂ
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, direct mail, and data-driven channelsÂ
- Ensure every initiative ties back to measurable growth (accounts, deposits, loans)Â
- Identify opportunities before the client does—and act on themÂ
- Elevate creative, strategy, and analytics into one cohesive storyÂ
What You Bring
- 5-7+ years in marketing, with direct financial services experience (banking or credit union)Â
- Deep understanding of:Â
- Deposit growth strategiesÂ
- Loan acquisitionÂ
- Customer segmentation and targetingÂ
- Ability to connect strategy → execution → resultsÂ
- Confidence to lead conversations with senior client stakeholdersÂ
- A bias toward actionÂ
