ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in executing and optimizing email campaigns and marketing automation programs that support Launchmetrics’ nurturing, conversion, and ABM objectives. This role also contributes to maintaining and improving our marketing automation platform and database - identifying challenges, uncovering opportunities for optimization, and implementing solutions to accelerate the contact and account lifecycle.
Reporting to the VP Marketing and working closely with the consultancy operations agency, the Coordinator will support marketing automation and CRM initiatives. This includes enhancing workflows, improving lead generation and nurturing campaigns, setting up and monitoring emails and contributing to the continuous evolution of our marketing processes.
Additionally, the role supports broader marketing operations efforts, including setting up and optimizing landing pages, as well as developing guides, training materials, documentation, and videos to help scale best practices and strengthen the marketing team’s operational excellence.
