Overview
AVIXA is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support a variety of digital marketing, content, and creative tasks for our association programs. This role is ideal for someone looking for hands-on experience in marketing and who wants exposure to real campaigns, tools, and workflows in a global association.
What You’ll Do
The Marketing Intern will assist the team with:
- Digital content and creative support
Helping update graphics, social media assets, and simple creative materials using templates. - Email marketing and campaign upkeep
Assisting with basic copywriting, reviewing test emails, quality checks, updating templates, and supporting ongoing drip campaigns. - Research, QA, and light analytics
Reviewing campaign performance, checking pages for accuracy, organizing findings, and assisting in basic optimization tasks. - Testimonial and outreach support
Contacting members and learners to help gather and organize testimonials for use in campaigns. - Content assembly and internal support
Assisting with presentation slides, newsletters, and general marketing team operations.
This internship offers broad exposure to digital marketing while supporting meaningful, real-world deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written communication
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple small tasks
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable asking questions
- Enrolled in a four-year college or university
Nice-to-Have (Not Required):
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365/Office, or other basic design and office productivity tools
- Interest in digital marketing, email campaigns, and content creation
- Comfort with spreadsheets or simple data organization
