Work with CCO to define and execute the global marketing strategy for our upcoming titles, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact presence across all territories.
Translate the Chief Creative Officer’s vision into actionable marketing campaigns that resonate with the Action-RPG and Soulslike communities.
Analyse market trends and player data to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Lead and mentor the internal marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, creative bravery, and operational efficiency.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across paid media, social, PR, and community initiatives.
Drive the operational "drumbeat" of the department, managing campaign timelines and ensuring all deliverables meet state-of-the-art quality standards.
Act as the primary bridge between the Marketing team and the Development, Publishing, and Executive leadership teams.
Partner with the Production and Cinematic leads to ensure marketing assets (trailers, gameplay deep-dives) are integrated into the dev pipeline smoothly.
Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to extend our global reach and execution capabilities.
5+ years of experience in gaming marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership or senior management role.
Experience shipping at least 2 AA+ titles, with a deep understanding of the global "go-to-market" lifecycle.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn data and player insights into creative, high-performing campaigns.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to mentor and grow a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a focus on transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Deep knowledge of the current gaming landscape, specifically within the Action-RPG or Soulslike genres.
Previous experience managing marketing operations in a fully remote or distributed environment.
Strong connections with global gaming media and influencers.
A passion for community-driven marketing and player-first strategies.
A deep passion for and expertise in the Soulslike or Action-RPG genre.

Once our Talent Acquisition team receives your application, together with the hiring team, we will review your CV, portfolio and the answers you provided in the application form and if all the boxes are ticked, we're moving to the next stage.
Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - During this call you'll learn about the company and we learn about you. We'll talk about your experience & expectations with working in a fully remote environment and we'll talk about your expertise. We'll finish this call with some admin questions. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well.
After the initial call, usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team follows. These interviews will be a bit more technical and will go deeper into your experience, skills & knowledge. As you would have signed an NDA by now, you'll also learn a bit more about the project you would work on. During these interviews we'll also focus on finding out whether you're a good fit for our company culture and that we share the same values.
We may or may not ask you to do the test - this is decided on an individual basis and you will receive instructions with the test.
If everything goes well, the last step in the recruitment process is the offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and your future line manager to discuss the offer and next steps to get you successfully on board.
