We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), based in the United States, to join our Monetization Product Marketing team. In this role you’ll work alongside a group of PMMs focused on advertiser experience, supporting the unification and evolution of Spotify’s ad formats. This role will serve as the voice of the customer by developing go-to-market strategies that improve product adoption and revenue growth while driving real business outcomes for our advertising partners. This is a highly cross-functional role and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing ad business, spanning the world of audio and video from music to podcasts and beyond. The Monetization Product Marketing team sits within the Global Product and Commercial growth team and partners closely with leaders across product management, engineering, design, business development, business marketing, learning & development, business operations and PR/communications teams.

What You'll Do- Act as the voice of the advertiser for Spotify Ads Manager, collecting and distilling feedback on booking and editing flows, account management tools, billing systems, and support resources
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enhancements across campaign creation, account management, billing & payments, and new market launches
- Define positioning and value propositions for new Ads Manager capabilities
- Lead cross-functional launches that drive adoption and revenue impact
- Produce product adoption and funnel performance analyses to identify friction points in booking, editing, payments, and account setup; and recommend growth initiatives
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the end-to-end self-serve advertiser journey, internally and externally
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evolve our Help Centre, ensuring advertisers clearly understand how to use Ads Manager
- Commercialize the Ads Manager roadmap, acting as a key stakeholder for Sales, Operations, Finance, Partnerships and Legal teams
Who You Are- You have 5+ years of strategic product marketing experience with strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, ideally within self-serve platforms, SaaS, or advertising technology
- You have experience working on user flows, onboarding, billing systems, or account management tools and understand how UX impacts revenue and retention
- You have a BA or BS degree; MBA or quantitative graduate degree a plus but not required
- You have experience using data and insights to inform product positioning, funnel optimization, GTM strategy as well as evaluating launch performance
- You are process oriented and have the ability to manage timelines and deliverables across key stakeholders
- You are empathetic to customer needs and can collate feedback to make strategic business recommendations
- You have a track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- You have a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry, particularly with a passion for audio and video
- You can explain the value of highly technical concepts in human, relatable and compelling language
