Kyra is an AI-native powerhouse providing influencer infrastructure for global brands like H&M and Duolingo. As the first full-time marketing hire, you will operationalize 100% year-on-year growth by building a scalable demand-generation engine from scratch. You will turn proprietary creator data into industry-defining authority and repeatable enterprise pipeline.

What you will do:
Build a repeatable demand generation engine across content, LinkedIn, and performance to drive enterprise sales pipeline.
Translate proprietary creator intelligence into high-authority industry reports like the “State of Beauty” and “State of Fitness.”
Design and execute high-impact executive roundtables and invite-only events that drive tangible commercial value.
The ideal candidate:
5–10+ years of B2B marketing experience within martech, adtech, or high-growth media technology environments.
Proven track record as a “player-coach” who can build attribution systems and write copy without needing a large team.
Commercially minded operator who prioritizes pipeline math and revenue generation over abstract brand theory.
