Role OverviewÂ
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own all aspects of the marketing process for our ever growing portfolio of titles. We want someone that understands platforms especially Steam, how they work and how to unlock their potential.
Key Responsibilities:Â
1 - Wishlist Growth
You will be responsible for optimising every stage of the funnel to drive both organic and high-ROI inorganic growth. You understand Steams ecosystem and know how to work it to maximise wishlists, playtest sign up and ultimately sales.Â

2 - GTM OwnerÂ
You will be the key owner of our Go-To-Market strategy. You will build and execute our plans and be the point contact across the studio for all marketing pillars.Â

3 - Data and DashboardsÂ
You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of the games under your responsibility, ensuring insights lead directly to action and improvement.
