WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a well rounded Director of Product Marketing to own day-to-day operations and long-term product marketing strategy for Chyron’s live production technology portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will lead a team of product marketing managers who are responsible for the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for all of Chyron’s products and services. Acting as a bridge between Chyron’s product, marketing, and sales team - you will collaborate frequently with other departments to ensure all teams are armed with the best insights and storytelling material to succeed with potential customers. ABOUT THE POSITION:
Lead Chyron’s team of product marketing managers. Support and train your direct reports to ensure excellence in process, product knowledge, and execution – while implementing effective product marketing frameworks and communications that optimize collaboration across departments.
Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to effectively prioritize and manage projects with the wider marketing department.
Become a thought leader and subject matter expert on Chyron’s live production technology and industry landscape.
Drive research efforts within marketing and alongside other departments to build Chyron’s knowledge and insights on target markets, segments, competitors, and partners.
Define positioning & messaging that creates a compelling story for Chyron’s product and services to a wide array of market verticals.
Develop the go-to-market strategy for new Chyron products, developing integrated marketing plans in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales.
Deliver compelling sales enablement material and marketing campaigns that educate and inspire potential customers.
Work closely with product management to align marketing activity with product roadmaps.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
You’re an experienced or developing leader, ready to lead a high-performing team of product marketing managers
Marketing experience in high-value, high-tech, enterprise B2B field.
Track record for leading product marketing strategy and programs across multiple products and target market verticals.
Strong knowledge and experience marketing hardware-based, cloud-based, and SaaS platforms.
Determined subject matter expert that learns fast and can build a thorough understanding of Chyron’s live production technology
Excellent project management ability, able to effectively prioritize the marketing department’s time and bandwidth across multiple, concurrent projects.
Working knowledge of marketing channels, CRMs, and analytics tools.
Working knowledge of MS Office or G Suite.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is a plus.
