Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Agent Marketing team and lead agent-level digital media programs that drive measurable growth. This role owns the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-performing, brand-aligned marketing that supports agent business objectives. You will also support agent-level integrations of national brand campaigns and tentpole initiatives such as the Big Game, World Cup, and Thursday Night Football, ensuring agents have timely, effective digital programs that extend national moments into local market impact.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and hands-on: comfortable building media plans, managing creative and trafficking workflows, analyzing performance, and making data-driven optimizations. Vendor management is a core responsibility, and success in this role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Media Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and manage agent-level digital media strategies aligned to business goals, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs
  • Build channel mix recommendations across programmatic display, paid and organic social, connected TV, streaming audio and video, and local display placements
  • Translate performance goals into tactical plans, including audience strategy, flighting, creative approach, testing roadmap, and measurement plan
  • Evaluate vendor recommendations and performance data to make strategic program decisions that balance cost, reach, and added value benefits.

Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms to improve ROI and efficiency, including CTR, VTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and lead volume and quality
  • Use analytics and reporting to identify performance drivers, diagnose issues, and implement ongoing improvements across creative, targeting, placements, bid strategy, and pacing
  • Establish testing frameworks such as A and B creative, audience segments, frequency, and landing pages, and clearly communicate learnings and recommendations

Creative Management and Enablement

  • Coordinate creative needs from intake through delivery, ensuring assets meet program needs
  • Partner with internal creative teams and vendors to manage avails, versioning, updates, and performance-informed creative iterations
  • Maintain organized workflows for approvals, trafficking requirements, and campaign documentation

 Vendor and Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with media, technology, and creative partners and other business areas.
  • Support vendor evaluation and selection and help define scopes of work, success metrics, and deliverables
  • Ensure vendor compliance with brand, privacy, and data-handling expectations, and hold partners accountable to performance and service standards
  • Work with teams to build enrollment platforms that enable program participation.

Measurement, Reporting, and Insights

  • Build clear, actionable reporting for agents and internal stakeholders, translating results into insights and next steps
  • Monitor budget pacing, spend allocation, and forecast outcomes to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with analytics partners as needed to improve tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support broader digital initiatives such as SEO and SEM through coordination, reporting, and optimization recommendations
  • Work effectively with internal teams across marketing, compliance, brand, creative, product, and operations in a matrixed structure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or digital media, with hands-on campaign management and optimization
  • Demonstrated experience across key channels including programmatic display, paid social, organic social, connected TV, streaming audio and video, and local digital placements
  • Strong vendor management experience and ability to manage multiple partners and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Highly analytical with experience using performance data to optimize media and communicate insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects using project management and structured processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort presenting performance and recommendations to varied audiences
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a cross-functional, matrixed organization
  • Strategic mindset with strong initiative, attention to detail, and focus on measurable outcomes

Items of Note:

  • May require travel via commercial transportation or motor vehicles
  • May work irregular hours, including weekends/holidays
  • Responsible for the handling and maintenance of confidential and highly sensitive information
