OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role will be responsible for developing our digital strategy as well as rolling up their sleeves and tactically executing the marketing strategy. This is a perfect role for someone with B2B SaaS experience who is looking to lead the digital strategy while staying close to the work.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will play a critical role in building demand and pipeline for our sales team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Digital Strategy and Execution
- Own the strategy and execution of all digital campaigns across buying stages.
- Own the digital marketing calendar, aligning always‑on programs and campaign‑based initiatives to business priorities and capacity.
- Define KPIs for lead gen, pipeline influence, and engagement; monitor performance against goals.
- Manage budget allocation across digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to align campaigns with revenue goals, product priorities, and data integrity.
2. Paid Media
- Plan and execute paid campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, content syndication and other digital platforms.
- Manage partnerships with review sites like G2 and Capterra to improve cost efficiency and visibility.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative refreshes.
3. SEO, AEO, and Website Management
- Lead SEO initiatives including keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Lead AEO initiatives to ensure all digital content is optimized for LLM discoverability.
- Oversee our website and ensure it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Own conversion rate optimization across landing pages, forms, and key funnel paths through testing and UX improvements.
4. Content Collaboration
- Partner with the Content Marketing Specialist to develop and evolve messaging frameworks that are tailored to personas, verticals, and pain points.
- Partner with Client Success and Product Marketing to support lifecycle, retention, and expansion campaigns through digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to audit, create, promote, and amplify content pieces such as blogs, webinars, case studies, videos, and more.
- Support and develop ABM-focused promotions such as email, personalized ads, and dynamic landing pages.
- Own webinars, including the calendar, content, production, and execution.
5. Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage marketing automation workflows and ensure full integration with CRM for closed-loop reporting.
- Build and refine lead scoring, nurturing, and routing strategies using marketing automation tools.
6. Account-Based Marketing
- Plan and deploy personalized multi-touch ABM campaigns across all accounts.
- Work with SDRs to create an integrated plan that combines marketing campaigns with direct sales outreach.
7. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Build dashboards and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Apply attribution models to analyze marketing contribution to revenue. Optimize activities based on what’s working well.

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
- Post-secondary education: university graduate of marketing, communications, or business.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing for a B2B Technology or SaaS company (retail a strong asset).
- Strong grasp of campaign architecture, audience segmentation, buyer journeys, and omnichannel marketing.
- Direct experience running ABM tactics and campaigns
- Proven track record running paid search, social, retargeting, display campaigns, and SEO with measurable results.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
