We are building a world-class marketing team to scale all six brands simultaneously, and we are looking for exceptional operators who thrive with autonomy, move fast, and deliver measurable results.
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational and technical backbone of our multi-brand marketing organization. You will own the entire marketing technology stack, data infrastructure, campaign deployment engine, AI-powered marketing automation, and performance reporting across six brands in four industries.
You are the systems architect who makes the entire marketing engine run. Every campaign, every lead, and every experiment across the portfolio flows through infrastructure that you build, maintain, and optimize. This is a foundational hire — your systems will be the platform the entire marketing team depends on. For volume automation and workflow development, you leverage AI tools to accelerate output while maintaining data integrity and operational excellence across six distinct brands.

This role requires hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing workflows using tools like Claude, LangChain, or equivalent platforms with measurable efficiency gains to show for it. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role.
Own and administer HubSpot — Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub, and CRM — across all portfolio brands, including portal configuration, user management, cross-brand architecture, and platform upgrades
Build and maintain all marketing automation workflows including lead scoring models, lifecycle stage management, enrollment automation, internal notification routing, and task assignment workflows across all brands
Manage CRM data quality as the sole owner of deduplication, data hygiene, contact and company record standards, and data enrichment processes across all portals
Build and deploy all email campaigns end-to-end — receive finalized creative assets and copy, build templates, configure segmentation and personalization, manage deliverability, and execute sends on schedule
Own all A/B testing infrastructure for email campaigns including subject lines, send times, template variations, and CTAs, and deliver results with actionable recommendations
Create and maintain all marketing analytics dashboards and reporting covering campaign performance, pipeline attribution, email metrics, lead source tracking, funnel velocity, and marketing ROI across all brands
Design and manage all marketing technology integrations — APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and custom code actions — connecting HubSpot with website platforms, telephony systems, ad platforms, and third-party tools
Configure and maintain sales enablement tools within HubSpot including Sequences, Meeting Scheduler, pipeline reporting, lead routing, and sales and marketing handoff workflows for all portfolio sales teams
Own event and conference marketing operations including registration workflows, attendee list management, pre and post-event email automation sequences, and CRM data capture for all events
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered marketing workflows that accelerate team output — automated content briefs, competitive monitoring alerts, data enrichment pipelines, AI-assisted research tools, and predictive lead scoring enhancements
Conduct quarterly marketing technology stack audits and recommend platform upgrades, new tools, or process improvements that increase efficiency or unlock new capabilities
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all marketing operations processes, ensuring scalability and continuity as the team grows
Systems Architect for Six Brands: You will build the marketing infrastructure that powers an entire portfolio of high-growth companies from the ground up — a scope of ownership that most marketing operations roles cannot match.
Revenue Operations Multiplier: Your lead routing, lifecycle automation, and pipeline attribution systems will directly accelerate revenue across every business unit in the portfolio by ensuring no lead falls through the cracks and every marketing dollar is measured.
AI Pioneer: You will demonstrate what it looks like to embed AI into the operational backbone of a marketing organization — building workflows that compound in value over time and set a new standard for how the team operates at scale.
Growth Trajectory: This role has a clear path to Director of Marketing Operations with expanded scope and direct reports as the team and portfolio scale.
Required:
5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, demand generation operations, or revenue operations with demonstrated ownership of a complex marketing tech stack
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot — Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM minimum; Operations Hub strongly preferred — with current certifications
Demonstrated experience building complex automation workflows, lead scoring models, and multi-touch attribution frameworks from scratch across multiple business units
Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms such as Zapier, Tray.io, Make, or equivalent; comfort reading and writing code in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for custom integrations
Hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing workflows using Claude, LangChain, or equivalent tools applied to real marketing use cases with measurable efficiency gains
Experience managing CRM migrations, deduplication projects, and large-scale data cleanup initiatives across multiple portals or databases
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build executive-level dashboards, attribution models, and translate raw data into strategic recommendations
Experience managing marketing operations across multiple brands, portals, or business units simultaneously
Excellent documentation habits and a systems-thinking mindset — you build for scalability, not just for today
Self-directed and low-maintenance — you identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without waiting for instructions
Preferred:
Healthcare marketing operations experience including familiarity with RPM, CCM, value-based care, or healthcare compliance workflows
Experience with HubSpot API including Private Apps, custom code actions, and server-side integrations and HubSpot Operations Hub advanced features
Experience building predictive analytics models, pipeline forecasting tools, or advanced lead scoring algorithms
Experience supporting event and conference marketing operations at scale across multiple brands
Prior experience in a startup or portfolio company environment where you built marketing infrastructure from scratch with limited resources
Competitive base pay: $105,000 – $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience
