22 June - 31st July : Up to 40 hours per week but we’re flexible on the total number of hours.
UK, Remote-first
This is an unpaid internship focused on learning, mentorship and real world experience.
Hertility was born out of a need for preventative, personalised and dedicated expert healthcare across a woman’s hormonal lifespan. Hertility’s at-home diagnostic testing, telemedicine, treatments, prescriptions, and clinical services provide advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline, and the onset of menopause, as well as the diagnosis of 18 conditions. Hertility reduces diagnosis times for some conditions from nine years to six days.
Having done over 22 clinical studies and published in leading scientific journals and presented at over 25 National and International scientific and clinical conferences, Hertility is committed to expanding its research and clinical programmes, deepening our understanding of reproductive health and influencing policy.
By setting a new standard of scientific rigour and education in women’s health, we’re nurturing the Mother of all Movements. One powered by a new generation of women backing themselves, their bodies and their life choices, from menstruation through menopause.
As a B2B Marketing Intern, you’ll join the Business Development Team for the summer of 2026 and play an integral role in our growing company. You’ll work on meaningful, live projects that make a real impact on women’s health. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how B2B campaigns are built from the ground up, develop practical skills in marketing collateral development and creation and get an understanding of what a marketing role would look like in a commercial setting, whilst being part of a passionate team that values curiosity, collaboration, and growth.
You will work on core execution across B2B campaigns, events, and marketing operations, supporting the team with:
Supporting copywriting and scheduling for social media (primarily LinkedIn).
Assisting with the creation of event and campaign collateral to support our B2B outreach.
Developing and maintaining presentation decks and marketing templates.
Assisting with campaign builds and execution support within HubSpot.
Supporting general marketing administration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Contributing to the production of assets across email and sales collateral.
This is a course-related internship, so your work will align with your academic learning and provide practical experience relevant to your studies.
You’ll thrive if you’re passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring:
Relevant experience: You have a passion for marketing, content creation, and events planning and development. While we don't expect a full CV of experience, any exposure to Canva, Google Slides, or HubSpot is a huge plus!
Detail led: You have high standards for your work, strong attention to detail and can follow briefs closely to ensure marketing materials are polished and professional.
Tone of voice: You possess strong written communication skills and an ability to adapt your writing for different audiences.
Team work: You are collaborative, eager to learn, take on feedback, and support the wider commercial team in reaching our goals.
You will report directly to Becky Tugwell, B2B Marketing Manager. You’ll also work closely with The Business Development Team.
We're flexible according to your needs but the suggested working hours are 28 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday.
