We are growing and looking for a hands-on Ad Creative & Performance Marketing Specialist to help us improve acquisition, creative testing velocity, and paid channel performance.
This role is creative-first and performance-driven.
You will own the development, testing, and iteration of high-performing ad creatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.
This is not a purely strategic role - we are looking for someone who enjoys building, testing, refining, and optimizing creative based on real performance data.
Develop high-performing ad creatives (static, video scripts, hooks, headlines, copy)
Create and iterate on messaging angles, value propositions, and CTAs
Translate healthcare concepts into clear, compliant, patient-friendly messaging
Refresh creatives regularly to prevent fatigue and improve ROAS
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
Identify winning and losing angles quickly
Suggest creative pivots based on data
Align ad messaging with landing pages for stronger conversions
Work closely with growth, product, and clinical teams to ensure messaging accuracy
Support campaign launches with cohesive messaging across paid channels
2+ years experience in paid ads, ad creative, or performance marketing
Strong copywriting skills (hooks, headlines, persuasive messaging)
Experience running or supporting Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Data-informed mindset — you understand how creative impacts performance
Comfortable working in healthcare or regulated industries (or willing to learn)
Fast executor who can test and iterate quickly
Experience in telehealth, wellness, or health-tech
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or creative briefing experience)
Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments

Hours are flexible but must be available for 4 hours between 10AM–5PM EST for meetings, Monday–Friday (can be split into flexible blocks)
