Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Webinar Specialist to own and optimise RWS’s global and brand webinar programme. This role will take full ownership of the global webinar calendar and programme performance, while partnering closely with Product Marketing and Campaign Managers to support their webinar initiatives.The Webinar Specialist will drive consistency, quality and measurable impact across all webinar activity.You will be responsible for developing themes and topics aligned to business priorities, sourcing speakers, maintaining the global webinar schedule, and continuously improving programme effectiveness. The role requires strong project management, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality virtual experiences.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Marketers and Campaign Managers to plan and execute webinar-led campaigns
- Provide strategic guidance on format, structure, messaging and audience targeting
- Ensure consistency in branding, positioning and attendee experience across all webinars
- Own end-to-end webinar execution using GoToWebinar, including setup, registration pages and reporting
- Manage rehearsal sessions and live production to ensure professional delivery
- Oversee moderation, Q&A management and technical troubleshooting
- Maintain integration and data accuracy with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Analyze webinar metrics including registrations, attendance rates, engagement and pipeline contribution
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, attendance and content effectiveness
- Standardize reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Continuously refine processes to increase scalability and ROI across the program
- Develop and maintain a structured, forward-looking global webinar calendar
- Ensure alignment of webinars with business priorities, campaigns and regional initiatives
- Establish governance and best practices across all webinar activity
- Proactively identify relevant industry themes, trends and audience pain points
- Develop compelling webinar topics aligned to brand positioning and campaign objectives
- Source, secure and coordinate internal subject matter experts and external guest speakers
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify credible and engaging presenters
- Own and manage the global and brand webinar strategy and execution
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience managing B2B webinars or virtual event programs
- Proven experience using GoToWebinar
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience in B2B technology or professional services
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and demand generation best practices
