Who You Are

We are seeking a VP Marketing to architect and lead the next phase of our growth story—building a unified, scalable marketing engine that drives measurable demand, strengthens brand coherence, and positions Numera as the global leader in outsourced finance for startups and SMBs. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for a senior marketing executive who can balance strategy and execution, storytelling and systems. You’ll oversee brand, growth, content, and communications functions globally—owning both our market presence and the engine that fuels it.

What You'll Do

  • ● Unify the brand: Build a clear, trusted Numera identity across all client segments and acquired firms, ensuring consistent voice, design, and positioning. ● Drive demand: Create a repeatable growth engine through targeted campaigns, strong sales enablement, and data-driven GTM execution. ● Elevate leadership visibility: Strengthen Numera’s market presence through thought leadership, storytelling, and media engagement. ● Strengthen culture & employer brand: Make Numera a top-choice global employer through internal storytelling, onboarding alignment, and the “Built for Balance” EVP.

    ● Modernize digital infrastructure: Overhaul websites, SEO, and automation systems to link brand visibility directly to pipeline performance. ● Measure what matters: Build analytics and attribution frameworks to track MQLs, campaign ROI, and brand performance in real time.

What You Bring

● 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B professional services

● Proven track record of building and scaling marketing engines across multi-brand or M&A environments

● Deep understanding of growth marketing, brand strategy, and sales enablement.

● Strong grasp of digital systems (CRM, automation, analytics) and creative storytelling.Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills—able to inspire creative, analytical, and cross-functional teamsalike. ● Experience working with global, distributed teams; ideally across the US and India.

● High EQ, low ego, and the ability to balance vision with hands-on execution.

What We Offer

Salary range: $140k plus bonus to commensurate with experience.
