Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to help lead our marketing organization through its next stage of growth. This leader will help drive the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness and top-of-funnel demand generation through conversion and customer retention — while building scalable programs that drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a builder's mindset: equally comfortable setting vision, crafting compelling narratives, and rolling up their sleeves to execute. You thrive at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Help end-to-end planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns across product launches, new verticals, and key growth initiative
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to align marketing strategy with revenue goals
Help drive and define positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation to drive market awareness and pipeline
Help to set the strategic vision for comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning public relations, digital marketing, paid media, and events — delegating execution to team leads while maintaining accountability for outcomes
Help to lead cross-functional creative briefings, ensuring campaign concepts, messaging, and brand voice align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences in the fintech space
Define the metrics framework for campaign performance measurement; hold team leads accountable for delivering actionable insights, reporting, and continuous optimization
Design and scale top-of-funnel programs including SEO/SEM, paid media, email nurture, webinars, and events to generate qualified leads
Develop audience segmentation strategies and personalized outreach programs to accelerate pipeline velocity
Oversee the creation of high-quality content assets — blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and video — that educate, engage, and convert target audiences
Support digital marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels; drive continuous optimization through A/B testing and performance analytics
Help manage and evolve the company website, ensuring content is current, compelling, and conversion-optimized; drive landing page strategy across campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates
Evaluate, contract, and manage relationships with external agencies, PR firms, creative studios, and marketing technology vendors — ensuring alignment on deliverables, SLAs, and cost efficiency
Serve as the point of contact for agency and vendor partnerships, fostering high-performance relationships that extend the team’s capabilities without sacrificing quality or brand integrity
Implement and optimize the marketing technology stack (CRM, MAP, analytics) and establish reporting cadences to track KPIs and communicate marketing’s impact to the executive team and board
Champion a culture of continuous learning by embedding fintech industry trends, emerging marketing best practices, and competitive intelligence into team planning and strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated experience writing and editing customer-facing marketing content, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling go-to-market campaigns that drove measurable revenue growth
Demonstrated success building top-of-funnel demand generation programs and converting leads through the funnel
Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools, including HubSpot and Google Analytics
Experience owning and optimizing landing pages and conversion-focused digital assets
Strong background in partnership and co-marketing program development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or closely adjacent markets strongly preferred
Background in product-led growth (PLG) strongly preferred
