Job Description:
If you’re a strategic thinker who loves bringing stories to life through digital channels, this role is for you. You’ll lead marketing efforts that shape how the firm is seen and heard—both internally and externally. From crafting compelling content to managing campaigns and collaborating with leadership, your work will make a daily impact. The Legal Marketing and PR Director position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and takes pride in clear, consistent messaging.
Monthly Compensation: 2,800 to 3,700 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and maintain the firm’s website, including bios, practice descriptions, and messaging
Support executive communications and firm branding
Manage PR efforts, including LinkedIn posts, ads, and email campaigns
Manage and report analytics for campaigns and digital platforms
Create, edit, and manage written content such as blogs, newsletters, and publications
Lead the firm’s marketing initiatives while supporting the leadership team
Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across platforms
Coordinate with external digital marketing firms to align strategies
Collaborate with attorneys and staff on firm-wide marketing projects
Requirements:
3–5 years of marketing experience (prior experience working in a law firm is a plus)
A strong and solid background in marketing is a must
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and training required
Key Skills
Strategic oversight and hands-on execution across digital marketing, PR, and business development
Strong writing and editing skills, including calendaring and publication drafting
Experience with AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and content creation
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in social media content creation (written and video)
Proactive and detail-oriented
Friendly and collaborative personality
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
