Roles and Responsibilities
Build and execute the USCAN growth strategy for the CT portfolio.
Lead NPI commercialization, messaging, and sales enablement.
Deliver the Integrated Marketing Plan including campaigns, events, and demand generation.
Engage KOLs, grow customer advocacy, and enhance evidence generation.
Partner with Sales on targeted plays and installed‑base retention.
Track KPIs and optimize with a lean, outcomes‑based mindset.
Support product demonstrations in collaboration with Product and Clinical teams.
Train commercial teams on CT value propositions, competitive insights, and messaging.
Travel up to 20%.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
Significant experience in healthcare software or digital health marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and project‑management skills.
Ability to lead through change with resilience and a growth‑mindset orientation.
Desired Characteristics
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
Proven success operating in complex, fast‑moving, and highly dynamic environments.
Strong expertise in market insights, customer understanding, product commercialization, and brand development.
Demonstrated innovation in healthcare product marketing—able to co‑create new ideas collaboratively and turn them into high‑impact execution.
