Marketing Operations Specialist
(Event Logistics-Heavy)
Remote (LatAm) | Full-time | Reports to Director of Marketing
Tricura Insurance Group is a next-generation, tech-enabled insurance and risk-management company transforming how healthcare organizations protect, manage, and grow their operations.
We’re a global remote-first team with an HQ in New York working to reshape the future of healthcare insurance. We combine deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver smarter, faster, and more transparent insurance solutions across the continuum of care.
If you’re passionate about impact, innovation, and purpose, you’ll find your place here.
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist (Event Logistics-Heavy) to support our go-to-market efforts across all Tricura pods.
The primary focus of this role is coordinating logistics for external industry conferences that Tricura attends - approximately 60 conferences per year across multiple locations. This includes planning, scheduling, travel coordination, and internal alignment for conference attendance.
While conference logistics are a high-impact responsibility, they do not represent a full-time workload on their own. For that reason, this role also supports hands-on marketing execution across a variety of initiatives, helping ensure our marketing function operates smoothly and consistently.
You will not be organizing or producing events. Instead, you’ll own the coordination required to get the right people to the right conferences - and support marketing execution wherever help is most needed.
This role requires comfort with flexibility, execution, and shifting priorities based on business needs.
