As Technical Success Manager, you will own the technical onboarding and ongoing execution for our client’s customers. You will manage integrations, tracking accuracy, and platform configuration to ensure clients launch smoothly and achieve measurable results quickly.
This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, handling multiple technical cases per day (10-20) with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and execution over relationship management. - This is a doer role.
You will act as the technical bridge between clients, product, and engineering, translating business requirements into reliable system configurations while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and automation.
