In this role, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales professionals while contributing to projects involving market intelligence, customer research, event planning, customer presentations, and digital marketing. The Role & Your Impact
As a Student Marketing Associate, you will support a broad range of marketing activities that contribute to stronger customer insights, more effective marketing programs, and enhanced commercial support. This is a mixed operational and project-based role that provides exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research using online resources, industry reports, retail channels, and social media platforms.
- Analyze and summarize findings into presentations and reports for Marketing and Sales teams.
- Support the development of customer-facing presentations, marketing materials, and opportunity assessments.
- Assist with planning and coordinating customer events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry summits.
- Monitor social media trends, particularly on TikTok and YouTube, and identify relevant consumer behaviors, content formats, and engagement opportunities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by contributing content ideas and campaign planning activities.
- Assist with project coordination, organization of marketing resources, and cross-functional team initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Market Research, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership of assigned projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
