Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy and product marketing execution.
A leader who has built successful GTM motions and understands the cross-functional steps between product, engineering, PMMs, marketing, sales, and customer success.
We have an incredible product, maybe even the best, and we need the right product marketer to help us tell that story.
We are looking for the perfect mix between an AI tool expert and a decorated storyteller to create quantifiable scale in our GTM motion and product messaging and positioning that redefines industry expectations. This includes doing deep customer, competitor, and market research and translating this into compelling messaging, buyer personas, sales decks, and more.
You thrive in a start-up environment and can navigate ambiguity. We need a highly motivated self-starter who is deeply curious and through the use of LLMs and AI tools, is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Develop technical narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Craft messaging that highlights the unique power of Teamsense’s technology and the measurable impact on customers’ business outcomes
- Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs through research and customer interactions
- Own product positioning & messaging for your product line
- Craft engaging and high-quality marketing collateral across channels (web copy, webinars, sales decks, sales plays, website messaging, demo videos, etc.)
- Opportunity to present on virtual and in-person stages
- Work closely with the Demand Generation and Growth team on marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and retention for your products line
- Equip our sales teams to win more deals with messaging, sales strategies, materials, tools, and market knowledge in partnership with sales enablement
- Create technical enablement content for sales, customer success, and partners; including solution guides, architecture diagrams, workshops, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
- Analyze competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation points.
- Develop competitive positioning strategies that showcase Teamsense’s superiority
- Collaborate with Product to understand roadmaps, new features, use cases to inform GTM strategies and product launch plans.
- Represent Teamsense in technical discussions with customers, partners, and at industry events.
- Use AI tools to scale and enhance content creation, supporting scale and efficiency
Requirements:
- 8+ years in technical product marketing, product management, marketing, solutions engineering, or related roles.
- Compelling and concise communication skills
- Excellent storytelling and writing abilities
- Proven collaboration across sales, product, and engineering
- Analytical skills for market research and competitive positioning
- Experience producing technical content and leading enablement sessions
- Experience using AI tools and LLMs
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
Base Salary: $145,000 depending on candidate background and expertise
