What You'll Do
Primary Impact
As the GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement Manager, you will drive the operational excellence, activation frameworks, and sales readiness programs that connect Omnicell’s marketing investments to field execution. You will ensure campaigns, launches, and account-based initiatives are successfully translated into measurable sales engagement and pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities

Own GTM Planning & Launch Operations
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for campaign launches and product initiatives.
- Build and manage integrated launch calendars, milestone tracking, and cross-functional RACI frameworks.
- Ensure alignment and accountability across Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue stakeholders.

Design Scalable GTM Processes
- Develop and document launch readiness standards, campaign intake processes, activation frameworks, and field enablement workflows.
- Establish repeatable best practices that improve organizational efficiency and execution consistency.

Drive Sales Readiness & Field Activation
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure successful campaign adoption and execution.
- Facilitate sales briefings, launch readiness reviews, field activation sessions, and post-launch feedback loops.
- Translate marketing strategy into actionable field guidance that supports buyer engagement and revenue generation.

Develop High-Impact Sales Enablement Content
- Create, manage, and optimize sales enablement assets including solution briefs, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, account playbooks, and outreach strategies.
- Partner with Product Marketing to transform positioning and messaging into field-ready content that aligns with real-world sales conversations.

Own Content Governance & Optimization
- Manage the customer-facing content library to ensure assets remain current, searchable, and aligned to buyer journey stages and product portfolios.
- Monitor content utilization and gather sales feedback to continuously improve effectiveness and adoption.

Advance Omnicell's ABM Motion
- Develop account-specific engagement frameworks and coordinated Sales + Marketing playbooks.
- Support tiered account strategies through targeted campaigns, outreach sequencing, and engagement planning.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align account-level objectives with marketing activation efforts.

Support Business Planning & Performance Monitoring
- Contribute to quarterly planning cycles, pipeline reviews, leadership communications, and GTM performance reporting.
- Track execution health and identify opportunities to strengthen campaign adoption and sales engagement.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, marketing operations, or a related B2B marketing function.
- Demonstrated success designing and executing cross-functional go-to-market processes involving Sales, Product Marketing, and other stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing and managing sales enablement content that supports complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple launches, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical, clinical, or business concepts into compelling, sales-ready messaging.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and an understanding of how pipeline and opportunity data inform sales strategy and enablement priorities.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience within healthcare technology, med-tech, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with health system buying processes and enterprise healthcare sales motions.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Seismic.
- Understanding of account segmentation methodologies and intent-based sales activation strategies.
- Exposure to competitive intelligence programs and market positioning initiatives.
- Experience overseeing content metadata, analytics, governance, and content lifecycle management.

Salary Information:
This position will offer a base salary of $140,000-150,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
