Overview

The remote Sr. Manager Marketing plays a critical role in building a high-performing clinic marketing discipline at Forefront Dermatology, the nation’s largest dermatology provider with 300 clinic locations.

 

The Sr Manager Marketing thrives in a build-and-grow environment and is excited to shape strategies that drive clinic growth while scaling regionally and nationally. The role identifies growth opportunities, addresses performance gaps, and develops and executes marketing strategies to drive appointments, improve utilization, and sustain patient flow.
In addition, the Sr Manager Marketing oversees and mentors the Marketing Manager responsible for implementing advanced marketing playbooks and key vendor initiatives, including ecommerce product sales, gift card promotions, direct mail campaigns, and physician referral outreach.


The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise and deep experience in multi-channel patient acquisition, with the ability to lead scalable initiatives across digital, collateral, point-of-care (POC), direct mail, out-of-home (OOH), and paid media.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted same-store growth marketing strategies to achieve utilization goals for general dermatology and cosmetic aesthetic clinics.
  • Translate enterprise and clinic growth objectives into scalable, actionable marketing plans across multiple clinics and channels.
  • Design and implement demand generation, engagement programs, and standardized playbooks to support national practice growth.
  • Analyze clinic performance data to identify gaps, develop recovery strategies, and implement actions aligned with provider capacity and return on investment.
  • Establish testing frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness and scale high-performing programs.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting to communicate results, guide optimization decisions, and enhance patient experience.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, sponsorships, and media placements with strong financial discipline and contract oversight.
  • Partner with operations teams to drive campaign adoption, develop training tools and playbooks, and oversee the creation and approval of marketing materials across print, digital, social, and in-clinic channels.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Strategies & Execution: Experience in multi-channel marketing (retail, direct mail, OOH, digital, earned media, and paid media). 
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including C-suite, regional leaders, and clinical teams. Ability to build strong internal relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and resolve complex marketing challenges.  
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize marketing effectiveness. 

 

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education: Master's Degree

Minimum Years Related Experience: 7-10 Years

For this position, the base pay range is $115,000.00 -$155,000.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
