This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Director, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing – REMOTE in the United States.

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to build and oversee a newly integrated Strategic Partnerships and Influencer Marketing team. This role will drive brand awareness, trust, and customer acquisition through high-profile talent relationships, sponsorship activations, and influencer programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across sports, entertainment, and healthcare, and be able to develop and execute a cohesive global strategy. This leader will manage marquee partnerships, oversee multi-channel activations, and collaborate across teams to ensure measurable impact. This is a fully remote role with strategic influence across marketing and brand initiatives.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute a global Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth objectives.
  • Oversee paid ambassador relationships, including athletes, celebrities, and medical experts, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Lead contract negotiations, content planning, and multi-channel activation calendars for influencer campaigns.
  • Evolve and scale the Affiliate Ambassador Program, integrating it with paid influencer and sponsorship strategies.
  • Identify and secure new strategic sponsorship opportunities, balancing credibility and reach.
  • Directly manage team members, providing coaching, prioritization, and professional development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Creative, Growth, Sales, R&D, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • 12+ years of experience in sports marketing, influencer/celebrity marketing, partnerships, or brand strategy, ideally in consumer health, wellness, or lifestyle.
  • Proven success negotiating high-profile talent and sponsorship contracts.
  • Strong network and credibility in sports, entertainment, and/or healthcare ecosystems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset with proven ability to drive measurable ROI.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with comfort navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
