The Role: We are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale ARMRA’s paid growth engine, with primary ownership of Meta and TikTok. This role is responsible for acquisition strategy, in-platform execution, and performance optimization across key revenue-driving channels.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will directly manage campaigns while partnering closely with Growth Creative and eCommerce teams to drive high-performing creative, landing page alignment, and full-funnel conversion. The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling a TikTok Shop business and understands how to connect paid media, native commerce, and DTC site performance into one cohesive growth system.

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Channel Ownership

  • Own acquisition strategy across Meta and TikTok, with direct responsibility for scaling TikTok Shop revenue.
  • Develop and execute performance strategies aligned to CAC, ROAS, revenue, and contribution margin targets.
  • Integrate paid social and TikTok Shop strategies into a cohesive full-funnel growth plan.

TikTok Shop Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop scaling strategy, including content strategy, in-app commerce optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and execute growth levers specific to TikTok Shop (creator whitelisting, Spark Ads, affiliate integrations, etc.).
  • Monitor shop-level metrics and optimize conversion, AOV, and retention within the platform.

Hands-On Campaign Execution

  • Personally manage and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Own budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and scaling decisions.
  • Drive rapid creative testing in partnership with the Growth Creative team.

Landing Page & Funnel Optimization

  • Partner closely with eCommerce to align paid traffic with high-converting landing pages.
  • Identify LP friction points and collaborate on CRO initiatives to improve CVR and revenue per visitor.
  • Ensure ad creative, messaging, and onsite experience operate as one unified conversion system.

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze performance data to identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • Continuously test creative, audiences, formats, and offers to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor platform updates, attribution shifts, and competitive landscape trends.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic growth partner to Creative, Analytics, and eCommerce leaders.
  • Mentor and guide growth marketers while remaining deeply in-platform.
  • Clearly communicate performance insights, forecasts, and scaling strategies to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in DTC or eCommerce.
  • Proven success scaling Meta and TikTok — including hands-on experience growing TikTok Shop revenue.
  • Deep expertise in paid social testing frameworks, creative iteration cycles, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of DTC funnels, landing page optimization, and contribution margin economics.
  • Highly analytical with strong comfort in interpreting performance data and forecasting growth.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who works seamlessly with Creative and eCommerce teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and related analytics tools.
