The Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and analysis of social media marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. The intern will participate in comprehensive social media strategy development, including audience research, content planning, platform selection, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, community management, and analytics tracking. This role will contribute to campaigns that align messaging with brand goals while adapting to platform specific trends and user behaviors. specific trends and user behaviors. QUALIFICATIONS 
Currently enrolled in a college or university program 
Pursuing a degree related Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or similar field 
Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills 
Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.) 
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics 
Creative thinker with attention to detail 
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY 
Social Media Strategy & Content Development 
Assist in conducting audience research to understand demographics, behaviors, and platform usage 
Participate in content planning aligned with campaign goals and brand voice 
Draft and schedule posts using approved messaging and branding guidelines 
Campaign Execution & Community Engagement 
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities 
Maintain records of responses to comments, messages, and user interactions 
Support influencer partnership research and outreach under guidance 
Analytics & Performance Tracking 
Summarize follower growth, post engagement, reach, and other key metrics 
Compile brief reports highlighting relevant trends, popular hashtags, and competitor activity 
Documentation & Deliverables 
By the end of the internship, the intern will contribute to or complete: 
Draft and schedule social media posts aligned with brand voice and campaign goals 
Create summaries of engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance 
Create reports identifying relevant trends, hashtags, or competitor activities 
Record responses to comments, messages, or user interactions 
Additional Responsibilities 
Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as assigned 
The typical base pay range for this role is USD $26,000 - $26,000 per year.
