About the Role:
Savvital is hiring a full time SEO & Marketing Manager to lead our client's SEO/content team and serve as the technical marketing partner to our Project Manager. This role replaces the client's current responsibilities in reviewing work, providing technical direction, and ensuring high quality deliverables. You will guide the team, support PPC alignment, improve processes, interface with clients as needed, and help implement AI + automation across the business.
Responsibilities:
SEO Leadership & Oversight
- Lead and mentor SEO specialists and content contributors
- Review and approve technical SEO, local SEO, and content deliverables
- Maintain and improve SEO processes, standards, and quality
- Provide technical SEO insights to the Project Manager and clients
Content Strategy
- Oversee keyword research, content briefs, and on-page SEO
- Ensure content quality, structure, and optimization best practices
- Support content strategies that drive lead generation
Google Ads Collaboration
- Coordinate with Google Ads Managers to align SEO + PPC strategies
- Provide high-level performance insights and recommendations
Technical & Automation Skills
- Build and maintain automations using Zapier, spreadsheets, and AI tools
- Assist with technical troubleshooting, integrations, and basic scripting
- Create internal AI tools (e.g., content generators, process automations)
Client & Team Communication
- Support the Project Manager with technical clarity and strategic guidance
- Join client calls when needed to explain SEO/marketing recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content, and paid media team.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years SEO experience (technical, local, and content SEO).
- Strong understanding of on-page optimization and analytics tools.
- Experience leading or managing a team.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads fundamentals.
- Technical aptitude (basic coding, troubleshooting, CMS competence)
- Experience with Zapier is a must.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow creation.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Go High Level
Work Timings:
This is a full-time role with flexible US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability.
