About InteliChart

InteliChart is one of the healthcare industry’s leading patient engagement technology companies, helping healthcare organizations improve patient access, communication, engagement, and outcomes across the entire patient journey. Our platform supports millions of patients nationwide and is trusted by leading health systems, physician organizations, and healthcare partners to modernize the digital patient experience.

As healthcare rapidly evolves toward AI-driven automation, conversational engagement, intelligent scheduling, digital intake, patient navigation, and proactive care coordination, InteliChart is making significant investments in the next generation of patient engagement technology.

We are expanding beyond traditional patient portal capabilities and building a modern engagement ecosystem powered by conversational AI, workflow automation, intelligent scheduling, patient outreach, and consumer-grade digital experiences designed specifically for healthcare.

This is not a maintenance marketing role.

This is a transformational executive opportunity for a seasoned healthcare technology marketing leader who has successfully helped scale, position, and accelerate growth for a healthcare SaaS organization and understands how to compete and win in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare engagement and AI landscape.

Position Overview

InteliChart is seeking an experienced, strategic, execution-oriented Senior Vice President of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer to lead the company’s overall marketing vision, market positioning, brand strategy, demand generation, communications, product marketing, and go-to-market execution.

This executive role requires a highly experienced “been there, done that” leader who understands healthcare technology at a deep level — particularly patient engagement, patient access, consumer health engagement, healthcare SaaS, digital front door technologies, patient communications, care coordination, and AI-enabled healthcare workflows.

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of successfully scaling healthcare technology companies, building sophisticated B2B healthcare marketing organizations, driving measurable pipeline growth, refining category positioning, and helping organizations transition from legacy market perception into modern growth-stage healthcare technology leadership.

You must understand how healthcare buyers think.

You must understand how provider organizations evaluate technology.

You must understand how healthcare IT purchasing works across health systems, physician groups, enterprise ambulatory organizations, and strategic channel partners.

Most importantly, you must have the judgment, experience, and pattern recognition that comes from having already led successful healthcare technology growth initiatives at scale.
