What this Role will Achieve
The Senior Revenue Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated, pipeline-generating marketing programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role will drive global campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, pipeline, and customer growth through a mix of field marketing, digital campaigns, customer events, and field marketing.
This individual will work cross-functionally across marketing and sales to deliver coordinated, high-impact programs that support enterprise and strategic account growth.
This role requires a modern marketer who can balance strategy and execution, collaborate effectively across teams, and bring creativity, operational rigor, and AI-driven thinking to how marketing programs are built and scaled.
Essential Duties
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, ABM, email, and customer marketing channels
- Lead the planning and execution of field events, webinars, and customer events, including our Connect Events
- Partner closely with product marketing, content, design, and communications to deliver personalized messaging and coordinated follow-up strategies
- Support enterprise and strategic account sales motions through targeted account engagement programs
- Manage and optimize paid media, email marketing, and nurture programs
- Support thought leadership initiatives, including podcast promotion and campaign amplification
- Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics to optimize results
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms, including ChatGPT and Cotera, to improve marketing workflows and execution
- Explore and build AI-driven agents and processes that improve efficiency and scale
Desired Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, or high-tech environments
- Proven success executing ABM programs, integrated campaigns, and pipeline-generating events
- Strong understanding of ABM strategy, account engagement, personalization, and campaign measurement
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account sales teams
- Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), Sequel, ZoomInfo, and Lemlist is a plus
- AI-forward mindset with enthusiasm for leveraging automation and emerging AI technologies in marketing
