The Sr. Product Marketing Manager supports the Director of Marketing in developing and executing commercial marketing initiatives for the Globe® Pulsed Field System. This role brings deep electrophysiology expertise into the marketing function and ensures that all materials, campaigns, and commercial assets are clinically accurate, competitive, and aligned to strategic direction set by the Director of Marketing. 

This is a senior, hands‑on execution role responsible for translating complex EP concepts into high‑quality marketing materials, supporting launch campaign execution, managing agency partners, and developing sales tools and conference assets. Success requires strong EP knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, R&D, and Sales.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Support Strategic Messaging & Positioning  
    • Translate EP workflows, clinical data, and competitive insights into accurate, compelling marketing content 
    • Ensure all materials reflect the messaging and positioning strategy  
    • Validate clinical accuracy and competitive differentiation across commercial assets 
  • Launch Campaign Execution 
    • Support the Director of Marketing in executing the integrated launch campaign for the Globe® System 
    • Manage day‑to‑day coordination with agencies and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet strategic direction 
    • Develop content, review creative, and ensure EP accuracy across campaign materials 
  • Agency & Contractor Management 
    • Serve as the primary execution partner for agency deliverables, ensuring alignment with briefs and strategy 
    • Provide EP expertise, feedback, and quality control on creative concepts, content, and materials 
    • Manage timelines, reviews, and cross‑functional approvals 
  • Sales Tools & Commercial Materials 
    • Develop high‑quality sales tools including brochures, presentations, animations, recorded cases, conference posters, videos, and competitive messaging guides 
    • Ensure all materials are evidence‑based, compliant, and optimized for sales effectiveness 
    • Partner with Sales leadership to identify needs and refine tools based on field feedback
  • Conference Strategy & Execution 
    • Support the Director of Marketing in planning and executing major EP conferences (AF Symposium, HRS, HRX etc.) 
    • Lead development of booth content, scientific messaging, and on‑site materials such as videos, posters, recorded cases and sales talk-tracks 
    • Ensure conference presence reflects EP credibility and aligns with launch objectives
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration 
    • Work closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Product and Sales to ensure accuracy and alignment across all physician‑facing materials 
    • Provide EP expertise to support internal reviews, claims development, and competitive assessments

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field 
  • 8+ years of experience in electrophysiology (marketing, clinical, commercial, or hybrid roles) 
  • Strong understanding of EP procedures, ablation technologies, and competitive landscape 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling marketing content 
  • Experience developing sales tools and commercial materials for complex medical technologies 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with physicians and clinical stakeholders 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives 
  • Experience supporting product launches in EP or cardiology preferred
  • Experience developing conference materials and managing event execution 
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to healthcare marketing and HCP interactions desirable
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25–35%.

Compensation

Kardium offers a competitive total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution + variable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectives). Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.

  • As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
